Every gram has an address.
Gold ERP runs a jewellery manufacturing business in fine weight first. It follows metal from the bullion you buy, through the melting room, your karigars, the refiner and the hallmarking centre, to the finished piece and the customer's repair, and values it at the rate of the moment. Built as an add-on to ERPNext.

Ordinary ERPs count pieces and money. Your business runs on grams.
A gold workshop can show a healthy profit on paper and still be losing metal: a little more wastage at a bench than was agreed, a melt that came back light, a sweeps bag nobody weighed. Generic accounting software never notices, because it was never built to follow metal.
Gold ERP keeps the books in fine weight and converts to money at the rate that applied at the time. Every gram is always somewhere you can name: the safe, a karigar's bench, the refiner, the hallmarking centre, or a written-off loss with a person's name against it.
One metal ledger, from purchase to sale.
Customer repairs and refinery lots run alongside the main flow, and every step posts to the same ledger.

A ledger that speaks in grams.
Fine-weight accounting
Enter gross weight and stone weight. Net and fine weight are calculated for every purity from 24K to 9K, and for silver, platinum and palladium.
Rates at the moment it happened
Enter the day's board rate once and every karat is priced from it, per gram, per 10 g, per tola or per troy ounce. Each transaction keeps the rate that applied when it was made.
Melting & process loss
Melting, alloying, refining and casting jobs each show fine gold in, fine gold out and loss %. Set a loss limit that warns you, or one that stops the entry.
Refinery lots
Send sweeps, dust and scrap to the refiner and record what comes back. The real purity and recovery % of every lot let you compare refiners on evidence.
Physical stock counts
Count the gold in any safe or with any karigar and compare it with the books. Shortages and excesses are posted, so the books match the floor again.
Weighing scale connection
Weights come straight from the bench scale into Chrome or Edge. No retyping, and no software to install.
From karigar to hallmark, nothing goes unweighed.
Karigar job work & wastage
Issue metal and receive finished pieces in parts or all at once. Wastage is checked against each karigar's agreed allowance, and any excess is calculated and valued for you.
Settlements & rate cards
Settle job by job, weekly or monthly across open jobs, with a printed statement of the net amount due. Rate cards set wastage allowances and making charges per process.
Chain job work
Pass a piece from caster to filer to setter to polisher without a trip back to the safe. Each karigar still settles their own wastage.
Production planning in grams
Bills of materials carry the metal and the loss you expect. Work orders compare plan with actual, and job cards show which department lost the metal.
Customer gold & repairs
Take in old gold, repairs or gold for safekeeping with assayed purity and touch deduction. Always know how many grams you owe, and to whom, and bill making charges and any added gold on one invoice.
BIS hallmarking & HUID
Every HUID is validated, checked for duplicates and saved on its piece. Metal lost during marking is weighed and recorded, and a ready list shows stock still waiting for a HUID.
Piece records & tags
Every finished piece has its own record with weights, purity and HUID, ready to print on a jewellery tag.
Reports & dashboard
Metal ledger, karigar and warehouse balances, gold owed to customers, wastage register, plan vs actual and un-hallmarked stock. The dashboard shows open jobs, gold with karigars, excess wastage and the month's process loss.
Attendance, leave & payroll
Frappe HR is included: attendance by hand, mobile check-in or biometric device, plus shifts, leave and monthly payroll with salary slips.
