Privacy policy

Last updated September 2026.

Nix Labs AI ("we", "us") respects the privacy of everyone who visits this website or contacts us. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

  • Information you give us - when you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, work email, company, role and the message you write.
  • Technical information - standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, kept for security and reliability.

We do not use advertising trackers and we do not sell or rent personal information.

How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and scope work you have asked about.
  • To operate, secure and improve the website.
  • To meet legal obligations, including record keeping.

Sharing

Enquiries are delivered to our email provider and, where configured, to a CRM or workflow tool we operate. Those providers process data on our behalf under contract. We share information with no one else unless the law requires it.

Client business data

Data from client businesses (production records, stock, sales, machine data and the like) is governed by the agreement for that engagement, not by this policy, and always remains the property of the client.

Retention

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond and, where an engagement follows, for the life of that relationship plus any statutory period. Server logs are rotated on a short cycle.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. Email support@nixlabs.ai and we will respond within 30 days.
